    2 bananas, mashed
    1/2 cup cream cheese
    pinch nutmeg
    pinch cinnamon
    2Tbsp sugar
    wonton wrappers
    2 Tbsp oil (use more for cooking, but this is the amount after cooking)


Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Drop a teaspoon of the mixture into each of the wontons. Wet the wonton with water and fold the wrapper to make a triangle. Press the edge to seal.
Fry over medium heat in oil or butter for 30 seconds until crisp.

  • So many possibilities for this! They look delicious as is, but you could even use lower fat cream cheese and a sugar substitute like stevia, if the bananas weren't sweet enough by themselves. Easy to make too! - 2/4/12
