Ingredients

    2 cups unsweetened Almond Milk
    1 servings CytoSport 100% Whey Protein (Vanilla)
    2 cups frozen cherries

Tips

If you don't have a Vitamix you may need to stop the blender and push down ingredients to get this to process fully.


Directions

Using a Vitamix or other strong blender, place almond milk and whey protein in blender and process till mixed. Add frozen cherries and process Lo to High for about 1 minute till all cherries broken down.

Serving Size: Makes 2 2 cup servings
