Ingredients

    1 lg lean ground meat
    3 med potatos cut in cubes
    3 carrots- sliced in half and chopped
    1 med onion chopped
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder

Directions

in a bowl mix ground meat with onion and garlic
tear off 6 large pieces of foil
in bottom of foil add potatos and carrots divided into 6 portions- add to each foil
salt and pepper and add garlic powder
form meat patties and place on top of vegtables
fold up foil from top and make sure sides are up and folded into foil so juices do not leak out
place all 6 foil dinners on cookie sheet and place into oven at 350 for 45 min to an hr-
