Introduction

Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    1/2 c Kraft Light Mayonnaise
    1 cup Light Cream Cheese
    1/2 cup Seafood Sauce
    1 small can shrimp, drained and broken
    I large tomato, cut in small pieces
    3 green onions, chopped
    3/4 finely shredded Kraft Mexicana cheese


Tips

I will sometimes add other vegetables like green peppers or use this dip with cucumber slices instead of crackers.


Directions

Mix together Mayo and Cream cheese until smooth then spread on your serving platter. Cover evenly with Seafood Sauce.Cover with Shrimp, green onions and tomatoes as evenly as possible. Cover with cheese and lightly pat it into the rest of mixture. Refrigerate for at least an hour, preferably overnight. Serve with gluten free crackers.
