Ingredients
-
1- Idaho Potato (pealed)
Pam Butter Spray (fat free)
Cajun Seasoning (to taste)
Garlic Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 475 degrees. Peal and cut the potato into strips (home-style fry sized). Put the strips into a bowl and spray with Pam butter spray until the potatoes are evenly coated. Add Cajun seasoning, garlic salt and black pepper to taste (I used about a tsp of the garlic salt and black pepper and 2 tsps of the Cajun seasoning).
Spray a cookie sheet with Pam butter spray. Put the potatoes on a cookie sheet in a single layer. Total bake time is 30 minutes, but you should flip them often (every 5 minutes).
Enjoy!
Serving Size: I would recommend 1 potato per person
Number of Servings: 1
