scramble the eggs until the eggs are half way done, put the potaotes and the cheese in the eggs, with picante sause,and youv'e got a quick and easy breakfast on the go, you can even wrap the eggs in a tortilla.

    This recipe first of all is not vegitarian! However it is pretty good and makes a nice breakfast. - 9/14/09
