    1 1/2 pounds beef arm roast, trimmed of fat
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 (16-ounce) jar salsa


LC: Steamed green beans and a big green salad.
Regular: Add brown rice and mini corn on the cob.
Kosher: Make sure beef is certified kosher.
Gluten Free: Make sure salsa is gluten free.
