Introduction

If you want to make this truly vegan you can leave out the half and half. If you want to make this truly vegan you can leave out the half and half.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 cups water
    1 cup steel cut oats
    1/2 cup dried apricots
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup half and half


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low 8-9 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
