Introduction

Delicious and rediculously easy soft tacos. Very filling, but low cal and low fat for a great meal! Delicious and rediculously easy soft tacos. Very filling, but low cal and low fat for a great meal!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    10 Ole brand extreme wellness, or other low carb high fiber tortillas
    2 frozen chicken breasts
    1 jar medium salsa
    1 packet taco seasoning

Tips

You can add half a can of corn or half a can of black beans for a southwestern style tacos too!


Directions

Place frozen chicken in crockpot. in a separate bowl, mix salsa and taco seasoning; spread over chicken. Cook for 4 hours on high, or 6-8 hours on low. Shred chicken with two forks and add to tortilla wrap with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
