    4 chicken breasts
    4 pieces of prosciutto
    one lemon, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
    1 teaspoon garlic powder


Preheat oven to 350. Place one chicken breast in between two pieces of wax paper and pound to 1/2″ thick. Repeat with the other pieces of chicken breast and place them in a greased baking dish. Place a piece of prosciutto and two slices of lemon on each piece. Dot each chicken breast with 1/4 of the butter and sprinkle garlic powder on top. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
