Ingredients

1 cup Coconut Water (fresh or canned no added anything)
1 frozen banana (green tipped/under ripe only)
1 tbsp raw organic almond butter
2 tbsp coconut cream concentrate/coconut butter
1 tbsp ground flax meal, or 1/2 tsp of flaxseed oil
4-5 ice cubes
1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
Tips
Make sure that your bananas are frozen for a thicker smoothie. Add cocoa to make a chocolate version of this smoothie. This smoothie contains no added sugar, but you may add honey or stevia to taste.
Directions
Add all the ingredients to the blender, blend and enjoy. Drink as a meal replacement or a snack.
