Introduction

These are great bars to take as a snack, I bring mine to school and they go great with water! These are great bars to take as a snack, I bring mine to school and they go great with water!

Ingredients

    Kashi GoLean Cereal (1 cup), 2.5 serving
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 4 serving
    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, .5 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp
    Raisins, .5 cup, packed
    Honey, .5 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Milk, 2%, .5 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed

Tips

Although the mixture was almost too sweet before, after baking it tasted great!


Directions

Mix all ingredients together with the milk last. Preheat over to 325, push mixture into a flat pan (with parchment paper) and bake for 25 minutes. Serving size varies according to pan size, if you like larger bars use a smaller pan. I used a pan slightly larger than a 9x12 and it yielded 15 bars!
