Saw this on a news article. Used the potatoes I had and not what they suggested, but it came out just as good. Saw this on a news article. Used the potatoes I had and not what they suggested, but it came out just as good.

Ingredients

    1 Large Potato, sliced thin
    Butter spray

Tips

Slice as thin as possible but not like paper. Good with Guacamole.


Directions

Thinly slice potato, spray a microwaveable dish with cooking spray. Layer potatoes and spray with butter spray. Cook on high for about 3 minutes. Turn and spray other side. Cook as needed about 2 or 3 more minutes. When potato starts to look like it is just starting to brown they are done. Let sit a minute.
