I used black rice and red lentils (which can be hard to find and/or expensive) but should be good with brown rice and whatever lentils you have. Ingredients

rice, lentils, walnuts, cilantro, seasoned rice vinegar, sesame oil, lime juice, cayenne
Directions
Cook rice and lentils separately; drain if needed.
Cool to room temp; add walnuts, cooked edamame & cilantro.
Whisk dressing ingredients together (cayenne is optional); taste and adjust proportions to taste.
Toss dressing with rice/lentil mixture; chill in refrigerator.
Serving Size: 3-4
