Ingredients

    2 Haas Avocado, seeded quartered
    1 thick slice onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried cilantro leaves, or 1 T fresh cilantro chopped
    1/4 cup light sour cream

Directions

Put onion slice and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Add in avocado, salt, cilantro and sour cream. Process until smooth and creamy.

Makes 12-two tablespoon servings.

    I am brand new to the guacamole world. Last week I made my first batch, it was good enough to try again. this week I tried this recipe and loved it. No need to search anymore. I am sticking with this recipe. - 1/18/09
