Introduction
1/4 tsp cayennesalt and pepper to taste
1 tsp cracked red pepper 1/4 tsp cayenne
salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients

Saute onions, garlic and cracked red pepper for 3 - 5 minutes until onions are translucent
Cut sausage into rounds and saute with mixture for 5 minutes, add salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste
Add stock bring to a boil for 3 minutes, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
