Ingredients

    Crust:
    1.5 cups almond flour
    4 tbsp granulated sugar substitute
    .5 tsp vanilla extract
    3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

    Filling:
    3/4 cup peanut butter
    3/4 cup granulated sugar substitute (I used Splenda)
    1 tsp vanilla
    8 oz cream cheese
    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    .5 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Crust: Combine almond flour and sugar substitute. Melt butter and add vanilla, then stir into dry ingredients. Pat into a 9" pie pan and bake at 350F for about 12 minutes, until very light brown. Cool.

Filling: Blend together cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla. Slowly add sugar substitute and incorporate.

Whip cream to stiff peaks, then fold into the peanut butter mixture. Next, fold in chocolate chips. Pour into cooled pie crust, and chill.
