Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    *Squash, winter, acorn, raw, 4 cup, cubes (remove)
    *Apples,Honey Crisp (1 apple), 2 serving (remove)
    *sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), 1 serving (remove)
    *Garlic - minced (1 tsp), 1 serving (remove)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Chili powder, .5 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Peel and cube squash
Peel and dice Apples
Dice Onion
add in garlic
Mix all the above and throw into crockpot
add 4 cups of broth + 1 cup of water
spice to taste with salt, pepper & chili powder

cook on low for 6-8 hours.

remove from crock and puree in a food processor.

Serve.

Serving Size: Makes about 12 - 1 Cup Servings
