Introduction

Very delicious recipe that utilizes the perfect flavor of protein powder for baking. Very delicious recipe that utilizes the perfect flavor of protein powder for baking.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Batter:
    4 Egg Whites
    1 cup Skim Milk
    2 cup Chopped Strawberries
    6 scoops Cake Batter Flavored Whey Protein
    1 1/4 cup Arrowhead Mills Organic Oat Flour


    Topping:
    1 Tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    3 Tbsp Splenda

Directions

Preheat oven to 325F

1. Mix egg whites and milk
2. Fold in protein and oat flour
3. Fold in strawberries
*Batter will be a bit gooey.

Spoon into non-stick sprayed muffin tin.

Mix Splenda and cinnamon and top coat muffins.

Bake muffins for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
