Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2lbs of Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    2 8oz cans of pinto beans (can also use white beans)
    2 4 oz cans of chopped green chili peppers
    2 14.5 oz cans of Swansons chicken broth
    1 medium onion
    1 tablespoon of salt
    1 tablespoon of pepper
    2 tablespoons of the Mrs. Dash Original blend spice

Or you may Also, combine ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours


Directions

Stove top
finely dice your onion
bring your chicken broth to a slow boil
Mix in your green chili's and onion
Mix in your salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash seasonings
Brown your ground turkey
Mix in the ground turkey and let simmer/boil until desired (prefers 3-5 hours of cooktime, so that veggies are soft)
