Ingredients

    2 cups self raising flour
    150ml skim milk
    150ml light cream

Directions

Mix wet and dry ingredients together until dough forms, knead on a lightly floured surface until dough can be touched without sticking (you may need to add a little flour while kneading). Form into a retangle approximately 1.5" high, brush with a little milk then using a large knife cut into 10 pieces, scones should be slighly seperated while cooking.Place in oven 180c / 160c fan forced until golden.
