Introduction

This is very good, low in calories and carbs. So you can have 2 peices if you desire:) This is very good, low in calories and carbs. So you can have 2 peices if you desire:)
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    1/4 cup soy flour
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    8 lg eggs
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
    1 10oz package frozen spinach, thawed
    8oz feta cheese, crumbled

    Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Pour ingredients in a 13X9X2 inch prepared baking pan.



Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Spray a 13X9X2 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 45 mintues or until set and brown on top.
