Introduction

I was trying to figure out how to get more RAW vegetables in my diet and decided to try using carrots in a smoothie as I already like carrot juice. I was trying to figure out how to get more RAW vegetables in my diet and decided to try using carrots in a smoothie as I already like carrot juice.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup carrots
    1/3 pineapple
    1 "coin" of ginger
    6 oz juice
    1/2 cup Greek yogurt
    Ice

Tips

I have a Ninja Blender and let smoothie blend until the carrots are pureed enough that it is drinkable. Any juice will do. You can omit the ginger if you'd like.


Directions

Blend or puree ingredients until smooth and frothy. Add ice as needed.
