1/2 cup + 2 tbsp quick oats
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 salt
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tbsp skim milk
Tips
I use apple sauce if I have it in place of oil
Directions
mix dry ingredients together, in another bowl, mix egg, yogurt, oil and milk, stir into dry ingredients, pour quarter of a cup onto hot griddle
