Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    2 large Sweet Potatoes
    3 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp Salt
    1 Tbsp Pepper
    1 Tbsp Nutmeg

Directions

Peel 2 large sweet potatoes
Cut into 3/4 inch cubes
Toss in Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg
Spread in single layer on foil lined baking sheet
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
