1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Nutmeg
Directions
Peel 2 large sweet potatoes

Toss in Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg
Spread in single layer on foil lined baking sheet
