Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Beans, black, 1 can or 2 cup
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can or 2 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels
    Re-fried Beans, 1 can or 2 cup
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)

    Optional
    1 sauteed Onion
    1 Bullion - Chicken - Wyler's x 1 Cube
    Louisiana Hot Sauce to taste

This is a very flexible recipe to tailor to your on tastes.... quick, easy to make and very. very good


Directions

Start with 1 can peeled diced tomatoes, add on can.. re-fried beans (fat free, Vegetarian, traditional) add 1 can of rinsed and drained black beans, after mixture comes to a simmer add 1 cup frozen yellow corn... (optional) add 1 chicken bullion cube, Louisiana Hot Sauce to taste

Serving Size: Makes about six 1cup servings
