Ingredients

    1 Avocado
    1 mango
    1/2 chopped tomato
    2.5 oz Shrimp cocktail - cooked
    1/4 cup chopped scallions
    Parsley to taste
    basil to taste
    Itailian seasoning to taste.

Directions

MIx all ingredients except avocado and refregerate. Remove avocado from skin and remove pit.
Top avocado with cold salsa.
