Ingredients

    1 LB Lean Ground Turkey
    1 C. Chopped Onion
    3 C. Sliced Carrots
    1 C. Sliced Celery
    2 C. Chopped Cabbage
    1 C. Chopped Green Bell Pepper
    1 C. Chopped Red Bell Pepper
    2 C. Sliced Zucchini
    1 C. Chopped Fresh Parsley
    10 C. Canned Diced Tomatoes
    32 oz. Chicken Broth
    1 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1 Tbsp. Dried Basil
    1 Tbsp. Sea Salt
    1 tsp. Black Pepper






Directions

1. In a small skillet, crumble and cook ground turkey with chopped onion, garlic powder, basil, salt and pepper.
2. In a large soup kettle, combine remaining incredients and cook until vegetables are soft adding water as necessary.
3. Place cooked vegetables in blender in small batches and puree.
4. Combine pureed vegetables with ground turkey in soup kettle and re-heat.

Makes Approx. 10 2-cup servings.
