Ingredients

    8 oz Pollock Fillets
    3 tbsp New Orleans style fish fry
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 lemon wedges (about 1/2 oz juice)

Tips

I like to serve this with a nice spinach salad tossed with lemon, garlic and blk pepper.


Directions

Put fish fry in shallow bowl and roll fillets to coat. Heat oil in pan and add fish. Cook about 5 minutes on each side or until fish is flaky and batter is browned. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
