Ingredients

red onion - 1/2
yellow onion - 1/2
green pepper - 1
red pepper - 1
zucchini - 1
olive oil - 3 tbs
rutabaga - 1
vegetable broth - 32 oz.
cod - 2 lbs
shrimp - 1 lb
small bay scallops - 1/2 lb
diced tomatoes with green chilis 1 can
dash of each: cumin, bay seasoning, pepper, oregano
Directions
Saute celery, peppers, onion and zucchini in olive oil until almost tender. Add cod, tomatoes, and spices to taste. Cook about 5 minutes then add vegetable broth, rutabaga, shrimp and scallops.
