Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    20 oz of Beets, fresh
    2 cans of Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    1 pound of Carrots, raw
    1 pound of Parsnips
    1 purple onion
    1 package of fresh bay leaves
    2 TSP of Balsamic vinger
    1 tsp of celery salt
    1 cup water - more of less to get desired thickness.

Tips

Add 2/3 cup of greek yogurt on top to serve. This will make a complete meal!


Directions

Peal and cut veggies into stock pot with chicken broth.
Bring to a boil and added vinger and celery salt, reduce heat and cook til all veggies are very tender.
Let cool and then blend while adding water slowly to get desired thickness.
Warm to eat!
