Ingredients

    1 49oz can chicken broth
    1 1/2 cups salsa, mild to spicy, your preference
    1/4 cup lime juice
    2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 cup instant rice
    1/4 cup cilantro, minced
    (garnish w avacodo/sour cream if desired)

Directions

Pour chicken broth into large pot. Add salsa and lime juice. Bring to boil over high heat.

Stir in chicken, corn, rice, and cilantro. Cook until rice is tender to bite, 3-5 minutes.
