Introduction

Kid friendly way to get fish into your diet! Kid friendly way to get fish into your diet!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

2 6oz cans Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp. yellow mustard
    1/2 tsp. dill seasoning
    1/2 cup finely diced celery

Directions

In a bowl, break tuna apart with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine with a fork. Separate into 6 equal parts. Form each patty on wax paper (for easy clean up) until they are 1/2 inch thick. Place each patty on a non-stick griddle pre-heated to 350 degrees. Flip when golden brown on each side. Makes 6 patties; 1 patty is one serving. Delicious served with cauliflower and a side of mac & cheese. My kids love these--enjoy!
