Taken from the back of the Buffalo Rice, and modified to be healthier. Original recipe called for vegetable oil for the peppers, I used Pam. Ingredients

Non-stick Cooking spray
8 Chicken Nuggets cooked according to package directions
Knorr Rice Sides Buffalo Chicken
1 T Buffalo Sauce
4 Tortilla wraps
Pepper (Can be fresh or frozen) sliced
Tips
Onions can be added also, but it will alter the nutritional value. I omitted them, can't stand them!!
You can add more or less buffalo sauce according to your preference. I served mine with baked tortillas and salsa.
Directions
Cook the Rice according to package directions omitting the margarine.
Spray a medium frying pan
Over medium heat, stir fry the pepper for about 5 min.
Toss chicken in buffalo sauce
Add 1/4 c rice, 2 nuggets and the peppers to the tortilla wraps.
Serving Size: Makes 4 tacos with some leftover rice
