Ingredients

    12 oz. turkey, diced
    2 cans (cups) cream of chicken soup, 98% fat free
    1.5 cups 2% cheddar cheese
    1.5 cups green chili, fresh of canned
    10 corn tortillas
    garlic powder
    salt to taste
    2 cups milk 2%

Tips

We love fresh cooked pinto beans along with this and topped with chopped lettuce, tomatoe and onion salad. Add one or two tbsp. of cottage cheese for sour cream substitute.


Directions

mix all ingredients in large bowl except the tortillas and cheese. In a 9" x 13" pan, layer first 4 or 5 tortillas to cover the bottom of pan. (may need to tear one in half to piece in) Then spoon in half of soup mixture, spreading to cover, then half of cheese. Repeat all layers, making sure to end so cheese is on top.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 30 to 45 minutes.
