    .25 C Onion
    .5 C canned diced tomatoes
    .5 C sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 Clove chopped garlic
    .5 C green pepper chopped
    1Tbsp canola oil
    4 oz Jenny-O Turkey Store 93/7 Italian Seasoned
    2 oz prepared Gluten free pasta
    1 Tbsp Shredded Parmesan Cheese


Saute garlic, onion, gr. pepper, mushrooms until slightly softened then add tomatoes. Make turkey into 4 1oz meat balls and saute in separate pan and add to sauce. Place cooked pasta on plate then top with meatballs and sauce. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese. Enjoy
