Ingredients

    2 large boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 28oz can LaChoy Chop Suey Vegetables (Drained)
    1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
    3 cups chicken broth/stock
    2 Tbsp Scallions (optional)

Tips

You may want to use low sodium broth/stock.


Directions

Dice chicken breast. Spray soup kettle with non-stick spray. Cook Chicken until no longer pink. Add chicken stock, vegetables and waterchestnuts. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Top with scallions.
