Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, .5 lb
    Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup
    Garlic, 3 tbsp
    Barley, pearled, raw, .5 cup
    Lea & Perrin's, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Allspice, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1.5 cup

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place beef rounds in bottom of pot.
Douse beef with Worcestershire sauce.
Add beef broth.
Wash/scrub and skin potatoes; cut into smallish pieces. Place in broth around and about the beef.
Drain and add green beans.
Add pearled barley.
Add minced garlic.
Drain and add garbanzo beans.
