Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
    *On the Border - Salsa, 6 tbsp
    Mama Lupe's, 7-inch Low-Carb Tortilla, 6 serving
    Beans, black, 1 cup
    *Jose Cuervo Margarita Mix (w/o Alcohol), 8 oz
    *Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime, 4 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded
    Fage Total 0% - Plain Greek Yogurt, 6 oz (or use fat-free sour cream)

Directions

Cook the chicken with the margarita mix and lime juice. Then slice chicken for tacos. Mash black beans to make a paste, use as "refried beans" in tacos (1/6 per each taco). Top with 1/6 of each topping (salsa, onion, cheese). Use the plain greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream.
