    1 large onion, sliced thinly.
    2 tablespoons Canola Oil.
    1 teaspoon garlic powder.
    1 teaspoon onion powder.
    1/2 teaspoon salt.
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
    1/4 cup all purpose flour.

Tips

This goes well with mashed potatoes and gravy, and cucumber salad.

2) Mix the flour with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Dip the liver into the flour mixture.

3) Fry the liver in the pan used for the onions, on medium high, until the liver is done. (it should have a slight pink colour, but not be bloody inside.)

4) Mix the cooked onions into the pan, and stir for about 1/2 a minute to blend the flavour. Remove from the heat and serve with your favourite side dishes.
