    Cabbage Red - Fresh - sliced thin
    1 medium onion - sliced thin
    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    2 heaping tablesponns good Apricot jam
    2 tbsp sunflower oil
    1/4 tsp salt


If you are not a vegetarian, this is a great side dish for sausage, pork, chicken or beef dishes.


Add sunflower oil to skillet. Add cabbage and onion. Saute until wilted about 15 minutes. Add vinegar, jam and tsp salt. Simmer until liquid evaporates.
