Ingredients

    1 box Kraft Classic Italian Pasta Salad

    16 oz frozen Broccoli cuts

    ¼ cup olive oil,
    1 T lemon juice and
    1 T apple cider (to equal ½ cup)
    1 T dry Italian seasoning


Tips

Also good with cherry tomatoes for added color and extra veggie goodness.


Directions

Cook the Rotini pasta for 12-14 Minutes until al dente (tender but firm)
Add 16 oz frozen Broccolli – (1bag) to last 5 minutes of cooking.

While pasta & broccoli are cooking,
Mix seasoning envelope with
¼ cup olive oil, 1 T lemon juice and 1 T apple cider to equal ½ cup and add 1 T dry Italian seasoning . We are only going to use 2 T of the dressing for this recipe. Put the remaining 2 T in a small container and save for another use.

When pasta & broccoli are done, drain and add ¼ cup (2 T) of the dressing. Mix together and sprinkle with the entire packet of Parmesan Cheese.

Store in refrigerator.

Serving Size: 1 Cup - Recipe makes 4 cups
