Ingredients

    salmon
    margarine
    lemon juice
    yellow mustard
    capers

Tips

This can be served over a bed of spinach or other greens.


Directions

Melt butter. Add lemon juice mustard and capers. Use part of this mix as a marinade. Save the rest to the side as a sauce. Lightly soread some of the sauce over the uncooked fish. Cook the fish filet on tin foil on the grill or in the oven on a foil lined cookie sheet. Make sure you spray the foil with a cooking spray so it doesnt stick. Heat remaining sauce in the microwave approximately 45 seconds. Serve salmon as 4-3 oz filets. serve the sauce on the side.
