Ingredients

1/2 scoop nnw healthy whey, vanilla flavor (or whichever you prefer)***
1/4 c. water
6oz container nonfat yogurt (any flavor)
1/4c. frozen mango chunks
5 frozen strawberries
1 medium banana
1/4c. frozen blueberries
1 c. ice
Tips
***I use nnw healthy whey because it's local (made in Gretna, NE) and made with stevia instead of sugar to cut some carbs out. I buy mine at hy-vee
Directions
In blender, mix the whey and water until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients except ice. Blend until smooth or desired consistency reached, adding ice as needed.
