Ingredients

    16 oz Pork Belly
    4 cups water
    1 pulp garlic
    1 tablespoon white pepper corn
    5 hard boiled eggs
    4 oz fried tofu pouches
    4 tbsp lite soy sauce
    3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
    1 tbsp dark soy sauce

Directions

Cut pork belly into small pieces. Hard boiled eggs. Lightly pound garlic with the back of a cleaver. Smashed and crack white pepper corn. Cut fried tofu pouches in half. Remove egg shells.

Heat up a pot or preferably a big clay pot with 4 cups of water. Bring to boil and then add in the garlic, pork belly, and cracked pepper. Bring pork belly to boil before adding the hard boiled eggs, fried tofu, lite soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and dark soy sauce. Lower heat to medium and braise for 30 minutes or until the pork belly becomes tender. Add salt to taste. Continue to simmer on the lowest heat for another 15-20 minutes. Dish out and serve hot with steamed white rice.
