Introduction
This is a low fat version of the bread stuffing I grew up eating. This is a low fat version of the bread stuffing I grew up eating.Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

12 slices whole grain bread
2 medium stalks celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1-1/2 cups fat free chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Directions
Toast the bread and cut into cubes.
Add the bread, onion, and celery into a medium bowl and toss to mix.
Add the remaining ingredients and mixed until thoroughly mixed the the stuffing is moist.
Add to a casserole dish and bake 350 degrees for minutes.
You can top the stuffing with either chicken thighs and legs, or pork chops.
If you do bake 375*F for 60-90 minutes.
