    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 4 tbsp
Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp

Directions

Heat griddle to 350 degrees F. Use a strainer to drain water completely from tuna (extra moisture makes the sandwich soggy.) Combine tuna, onion, mayo, mustard, worcestershire sauce and spices. Spray all pieces of bread with cooking spray on one side. Place 4 pieces on griddle. Add 1/4 cup of cheese to each slice of bread. Add tuna mixture to each piece of bread. Top with remaining slices. Cook until cheese starts to melt and bread is golden brown. Flip and cook until golden. Makes 4 sandwiches.
