Introduction

Ingredients

    1 medium Celeriac Root
    3-4 large poatoes
    200ml Milk Low Fat
    500ml Milk Full Fat
    4 Tbsp Parmesan ground
    3 Garlic Cloves, chopped
    1 tsp Thyme
    1 tsp Salt

Tips

Works well as a vegetarian main course, or serve as a side dish with any meat.


Directions

Cut the celeriac and the potatoes in thin slices (about 2mm thick). In an oven proof dish, start with one layer of potatoes, and follow with a layer of celeriac root, and so on. Finish with a layer of potatoes. Mix the rest of the ingredients with the milk, and pour over the mixture. Put into the pre-heated oven at 200 C. Bake for about 60 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings as a main course, or 6-8 side dishes (less calories accordingly)
