Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. Kielbasa
    42 oz (1.5 28 oz pkg.) Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien (frozen hash browns with onions and peppers
    16 oz Sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
    2 Tablespoons Brown Mustard
    5 cups low-sodium Chicken Broth ( 40 oz.)

Tips

The original recipe calls for 28 oz pkg of frozen hash browns. I added another half bag for this recipe.


Directions

Slice the kielbasa lengthwise in half and then cut into 1/4 inch slices. Place all ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 7-9 hours, or for 3-4 hours on high.

Serving Size: Makes 18 servings (1 cup per serving)
