    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    **Flax Seed, 1 tbsp
    Raisins, 10 raisins
    Strawberries, fresh, 2 large
    Coconut, raw, 0.05 cup, shredded (approximately 2 tbsp
    Walnuts, 7 halves
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1/3 cup
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 1 oz
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp

Tips

double or triple for 2 or 3 servings.


Directions

Mix all ingredients except milk. pour milk once all ingredients are mixed. ENJOY!! It's delish!!
